2005 is our 8th year as a member of the Australian Window Association Inc. [AWA] Accreditation Program and as members we elect to abide by the AWA Rules and Code of Ethics. The AWA [NATA approved] inspectors test our products annually.
Our windows conform to AS2047. A NATA accredited laboratory has tested them to Design Performance Structural 1500 Pa Water Resistance 200
DARRA JOINERY is a member of the Australian Window Association and as such conforms to an Industry Building Code of Conduct designed to protect consumers.
DARRA JOINERY is inspected by 3rd party NATA accredited auditors to validate that the window and door products examined have been manufactured to the relevant Australian Standards and the legislative requirements of the Australian Building Code.
7 YEAR GUARANTEE
This guarantee is in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of these products which you are entitled to under the Trade Practices Act and other similar State and Territory laws and should be read in addition to any guarantees provided specific to the company of use.
DARRA JOINERY windows and doors are proudly guaranteed against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials for a period of seven [7] years from the date of delivery by DARRA JOINERY, subject to the following:
• The product is installed and maintained in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and recognised building practices.
• The product has not been subject to misuse, physical abuse or neglect.
• Only service work carried out by DARRA JOINERY personnel or authorised DARRA JOINERY agents is covered by this guarantee.
• Claims under this guarantee should be made within one month of the defect arising in the product.
